1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and bigcor (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bigcor online betting and gaming platform, including the website located at https://bigcor.cam and all associated services, games, and products offered thereon.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bigcor platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform and refrain from creating an account.

bigcor reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered under your name on the bigcor platform, through which you may deposit funds, place wagers, and access services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel draw, slot machine spin, or other gaming product offered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by bigcor, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as disclosed at the time of the offer.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet into your bigcor Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your bigcor Account to your verified bank account or e-wallet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm your legal name, age, residential address, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of total wagered money that a game pays back to players over the long term, as certified by independent testing laboratories.
• "Togel" refers to traditional Indonesian lottery-style number prediction games, including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau, as offered on the bigcor platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1. Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register an account and use the bigcor platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older, consistent with the legal age of majority in Indonesia.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of account registration and each time you access the platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bigcor complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, banned player list, or regulatory exclusion database, whether maintained by bigcor or any other gambling operator or authority.
• You must not have previously been suspended or permanently banned from the bigcor platform for breach of these Terms.

bigcor reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2. Account Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your legal name (as it appears on your KTP or national identification document), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred payment method. You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify bigcor customer support immediately via email at [email protected].

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, bigcor requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be required at other times at bigcor's sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of suspected fraud, unusual betting patterns, or large transaction volumes.

To complete KYC verification, you must submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk – National Identity Card) or passport. The document must be valid (not expired) and all text must be fully readable.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your full name and current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your KTP or passport next to your face, with both your face and the identity document clearly visible in the same frame.

All documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format via the KYC upload portal in your account dashboard. bigcor's compliance team will review your submission within 1–24 hours (business hours, WIB). You will receive an email notification once your account has been verified. If your documents are rejected, you will be notified of the reason and given an opportunity to resubmit corrected documentation.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. bigcor reserves the right to withhold funds and suspend account access if KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe or if the documentation provided is deemed fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with the information provided during registration.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

bigcor supports deposits via a wide range of Indonesian banks and e-wallets to provide maximum convenience for our players. Accepted payment methods include but are not limited to: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 10.000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary based on account status, payment method, and bigcor's risk management policies. Deposits are typically processed instantly for most methods, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on interbank clearing schedules.

bigcor does not charge any platform fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges, which are beyond bigcor's control and are your sole responsibility. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, or accounts registered to a different individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the source account and potential account suspension.

You agree that all funds deposited into your bigcor account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity. bigcor reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits or unusual transaction patterns, and to request additional documentation proving the source of funds.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, provided that your account is in good standing, all KYC verification requirements have been met, and you have fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name as confirmed during the KYC process.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours, depending on interbank clearing schedules. These are estimated processing times and are not guaranteed. Actual receipt of funds may be subject to delays caused by the receiving bank or payment provider, public holidays, weekends, or other factors beyond bigcor's control.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are Rp 50.000.000, though verified accounts with a history of consistent play may be eligible for higher limits on request. bigcor does not charge any platform fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose receiving fees, which are your sole responsibility.

bigcor reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification. bigcor further reserves the right to reverse withdrawals if subsequent investigation reveals that the funds were obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bigcor offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to enhance the player experience, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and accumulator boosts. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and validity periods, which are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus must be wagered thirty times). For example, if you receive a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement, you must place a total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots and togel games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10–20%; sports betting may contribute 50–100% depending on odds. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each bonus's terms. Wagers placed on excluded games or wagers that exceed the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in any pattern of play intended solely to clear bonuses without genuine risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, closure of all accounts, and potential legal action.

bigcor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, bigcor's decision is final.

8. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bigcor platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. bigcor offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia matches), basketball, tennis, volleyball, badminton, MotoGP, Formula 1, cricket, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Dota 2, Free Fire).

All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. For football, if a match is abandoned before full time, all bets are void unless the match is replayed within 48 hours or unless the specific market has already been determined (e.g., first goal scorer, first half result).

bigcor reserves the right to void or adjust the settlement of any bet if there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, insider knowledge, or any other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the event. bigcor further reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the event is already known (late bets) or bets placed through obvious technical or pricing errors (palpable errors).

9. Casino, Slots, and Togel Rules

All casino games, slot machines, and togel lottery draws offered on the bigcor platform are powered by certified third-party game providers and operate using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published transparently on each game's information page.

For live casino games, decisions made by the dealer are final and binding. If a technical error occurs during a live casino session (e.g., disconnection, video feed loss), the round will be completed according to the rules of the game, and the result will be recorded in your game history. If a game is abandoned due to a technical fault on bigcor's side, all bets on that round will be voided and refunded.

For togel draws, results are based on official lottery outcomes published by the respective lottery authority (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, NSW Lotteries for Togel SDY, Macau Lottery for Togel Macau). bigcor is not the operator of these lotteries and has no control over draw results. In the event of a delayed or cancelled official draw, all bets on that draw will be voided and stakes refunded.

10. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bigcor platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any reason, including bonus abuse
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform while underage (under 21 years of age)
• Depositing funds from a third-party account or payment method not registered in your name
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of cheating or unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches for personal gain
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds between parties
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to conceal your true location or identity
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bigcor staff or other players

bigcor reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, void any bets, and withhold any funds if there is reasonable suspicion of any prohibited activity. In cases of serious breach, bigcor may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bigcor is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and to view gambling as entertainment, not as a way to make money. bigcor provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bigcor does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bigcor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, third-party actions, or force majeure events. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to cease using it and close your account.

bigcor is not responsible for any losses incurred due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure, unauthorized access to your account, delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers, or any other circumstances beyond bigcor's reasonable control.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the bigcor platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bigcor is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and bigcor, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in bigcor's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bigcor. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
